1. Right of return
At Vapche, your satisfaction is essential. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Conditions of eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Promotional or personalized items are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.

3. Returns procedure

Contact us at hello@vapche.com, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with a return label or instructions.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

4. Return costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error is our fault.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
